Adult Student Thoughts

Some differences that ran through my mind about being a non-traditional/adult student this time around in college. This time I sat in the front of the class - all the time. I wasn't afraid to ask questions. I valued it a lot more - especially since I was paying for it straight out of my own pocket.

And, finally, this time around I ironed my own gown.....

.....and my kids think the cap is outrageous! :)

Congratulations! This is such a big accomplishment. You should be so proud of yourself. What a great example you are setting for your children.

That's so funny about the hat! Cute pic! I was just thinking today about how stressed out I was when I graduated about ironing that dang gown....there's so many pleats in it....I completely remember stressing over that the night before!

I had a great time this weekend at "myra weekend"!!!! I hope that you enjoyed yourself! You worked so hard, and we're very proud of you and excited for you to start the next part of your "journey"! :)
