Another year closer to _________(fill in the blank)

Ok, so it was my 30 something-ith birthday yesterday. In honor of that, I will share with you this super cool website I found a little bit ago. You may have already heard of it or visited... It is by Dr. Oz (Oprah's Dr.). Anyway, it is called "Real Age.com." It's pretty cool. You go to the site and take the "Real Age" test. You answer questions about your health, exercise pattern and family history, then it calculates your "Real Age." And, it gives you very do-able tips to improve your "age."

It was also my youngest son, Lance's, birthday yesterday as well. He was my little birthday present 8 years ago - the best present ever!!
